Is there a minimum or maximum length of stay?
Yes, we only accept bookings from 2 to 28 days.
Do you require a security deposit?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via our secure online payment processor.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes, the cleaning fee covers an enhanced clean, and the laundering of the linen.
Are there any age restrictions on booking?
We ask that the lead booker is a minimum of 21 years old.
What is included in the rental rate?
Towels, bed linen, bathmats, basic kitchen supplies such as dishcloths, tea towel, bin bags, washing up liquid, tea, coffee and sugar, kitchen paper & scourer. Toilet roll, hand wash and shower gel.
Are you pet friendly?
No, I’m sorry, we do not accept pets, unless it’s a registered service animal.
Can I modify my reservation after booking?
Yes, absolutely. If we can accommodate your request, then we will.
How do I contact you if I have questions?

How do I access the property I’ve booked?
Some of our properties are self-check in, others, we will meet you with keys and give you the grand tour!
When will I received all my check in details?
You will receive an email at 7am on the morning of your check-in. If you required a lockbox code, it will be sent to you at 3pm on the day.
If you are travelling internationally and require your check in details earlier, please let us know.
When is check-in, and check-out?
Check in from 4-10pm and check out is at 10am. All our cleaning rotas are very tightly scheduled. Please bear that in mind when you check out.
Do you supply baby equipment?
Yes, we do, please email us in advance with your requirements so we can make sure it’s waiting for you on arrival.
What’s the parking situation?
Most of our properties are within an RPZ (residential parking zone). Please refer to the individual property listing for parking information as each property is different.
Properties within an RPZ we will provide one visitor or secure parking permit for the duration of your stay.
Clean Air Zone (CAZ)
Bristol operates a clean air zone, please check your route before you travel.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, all our properties have fast wifi.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, all properties have a washing machine.
Is there a dishwasher?
Yes, all our properties have dishwashers. We’d be grateful if you could set the dishwasher running when you leave.
Can I have extra people stay who aren’t on the booking?
For health and safety and fire regulations we need to know about all guests who will be staying at the property. If you need to add anyone to the booking, please email us or modify your booking yourself. Please ensure that any extra guests won’t exceed the maximum number we can accommodate, for your chosen property.
We are celebrating an event; can you help us plan a surprise during my stay?
Absolutely! We are always happy to help with celebrations and if you let us know your budget in advance, we will be happy to help!
