Lavinia Currie
CEO & Founder
Lavinia has a passion for architecture and interior design having studied Art & Design at the University of Plymouth, Exeter Faculty. Lavinia began her career in a multi-disciplinary firm of consultant engineers and project managers working on large scale civil and build projects. She was then headhunted into recruitment where she spent 16 years working with small and large-scale housing developers on both green and brown field sites along with listed building contractors. Ask Lavinia was born at a dining table in Georgian bay window in Clifton in 2015 and has since grown to a large office with a dedicated team, who are passionate about property and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Maggs Clarke
Executive Assistant
Maggs had experience in lettings from managing a small portfolio many years ago. She had a break from the industry and worked for Social Services in Child Protection for 20 years, before finding her way back to property management via her own holiday let. She started working for Ask Lavinia in 2023, initially assisting with Serviced Accommodation management, but now is involved in every aspect of the business.
Daniel Clarke
IT Guru
Dan brings his vast knowledge and many years of experience to Ask Lavinia’s IT department. Coming from a large corporate background, he is able to offer IT solutions to problems in order to ensure the smooth running of the company. We are fortunate that Dan and Maggs are married, thus meaning there is no delay in service!
